What is Fluid?
Fluid is a DeFi lending and borrowing protocol developed by Instadapp team. It consits of a liquidity layer, lending protocol, vault protocol, oracle system, and DEX protocol.
The Liquidity Layer facilitates automated limits for protocols, manages utilization rates, and can deploy various rate models. The Lending Protocol allows users to deposit funds to the Fluid and earn yield on their supplied asset in kind. Also, Fluid provides you with the abilities to create looped positions, go long and short against margin collateral, debt with smart collateral.
Among the Fluid advantages, there are highest loan to value (up to 95%); lucrative rates for lenders and borrowers; security provided by automated limits, isolating risk, and protocols class; low liquidation gas and penalties (0.1%); and capital optimization without segregation.
