Restaking is a staking of an already staked digital asset, that allows you to earn additional rewards on top of your standard staking earnings. A liquid restaking token is an asset that you have restaked with Fragmetric, which generates you revenues beyond standard Solana validation and MEV rewards. The first such token is called fragSOL. It can be used in DeFi for various purposes, for example, as a collateral for borrowing, for the liquidity provision, or just to trade it on DEXes.
